What is semi-private training?
Semi-private training is small group coaching with individualized programs. You train alongside up to 3 other clients, but everyone follows their own workout loaded into the app while being coached throughout the session.

Is this a group fitness class?
No. This is not a class or bootcamp. There’s no one-size-fits-all workout. Your program is customized to your goals, experience level, and progression.

How many people are in each session?
Each time slot is capped at 4 clients total to ensure quality coaching and attention.

Will I still get personal coaching?
Yes. You’ll receive:

  • Form checks and technique coaching

  • Load and progression guidance

  • Real-time feedback during every session

The only difference from 1:1 training is that you’re not the only person in the room.

Do I need lifting experience?
Some basic gym familiarity is recommended. This program is best for people who:

  • Know basic movements or have trained before

  • Want structure and accountability

  • Can follow a program independently with coaching support

If you’re brand new to the gym, private training may be a better starting point.

How long are the sessions?
All sessions are 60 minutes.

How often do I train?
You choose your membership:

  • 2x/week – $250

  • 3x/week – $275

  • 4x/week – $300

You’ll commit to specific time slots each week.

What if I miss a session?
Missed sessions do not roll over. Your time slot is reserved for you, and consistency is key for results.

Can I switch time slots?
Time slots are fixed. Occasional changes may be allowed if space is available, but consistency is expected.

How do I get started?
